Beef chuck slow-cooked for 6 hours with hearty potatoes & carrots in a rich, meaty and subtly sweet curry sauce. Served with fukujinzuke pickles.

Seared Mackerel fillet in a creamy tropical coconut curry sauce. Spicy coastal flavour with pandan & scotch bonnet.

Marinaded Halal chicken poached in a tomato & coconut curry sauce then chargrilled for BBQ smokiness. Served with a coriander chutney.

Jackfruit slow-cooked for 6 hours with hearty potatoes & carrots in a rich and subtly sweet curry sauce. Served with a side of Umami Puffs

Marinaded paneer chargrilled on the BBQ then coated in a creamy tomato & coconut curry sauce balanced with tamarind and lime. Served with coriander chutney.
